We ship most of our items via USPS or UPS Ground. For expedited delivery, please contact us.
Most Orders Ship Same Day
Most orders (in-stock items only) will ship to the customer on the same day (or early the next business day). If an item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated time of arrival.

Once we receive your item and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue you with a store credit that can be used towards the purchase of any item in our shop. Your store credit will never expire.

Your credit card will be charged by Google. "GOOGLE * Stamell String " will appear as the charge on your credit card statement. To process your order, Stamell Stringed Instruments, Inc. will have access to your address, email, and phone number. Your phone number may be used in relation to your order, but will never be used to deliver unsolicited commercial messages to you.

- Merchandise may be exchanged for store credit within thirty days, in original condition.
- Stamell Strings does not charge a restocking fee to return an item.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
